In term one for our inquiry was anzac and we could chose an activity to do and i chose to do hardtack and it is a very hard cracker that the anzacs ate during the war and it lasts for years.
we made some and this is the recipe that we used :
5 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of water
preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook for 30 minutes each side
after that we had to make a presentation about what we did to make the hardtack and some other things
